Define a clinical topic WATCH - one or more topics (e.g. "type 2 diabetes, GLP-1 receptor agonist, SGLT2 inhibitor"), a look-back window, and which keyless public sources to query - and the plugin retrieves the NEWEST matching research published or updated since that date, dedups across sources, ranks it by a transparent deterministic score, and shows for each item the title, venue, date, study type, and the AUTHORS’ OWN conclusion (verbatim) with a DOI / official link. Sources: PubMed (NIH E-utilities), ClinicalTrials.gov, Europe PMC, and openFDA drug safety - all KEYLESS (no key from you or from us). Built from a physician’s real need (an endocrinologist/GP who cannot keep up with new diabetes research between 50-75 patients a day). HONEST + LOAD-BEARING: this is a literature-AWARENESS tool, NOT a medical device, NOT clinical decision support, and NOT medical advice; it never touches patient data. There is NO AI summary - every conclusion is VERBATIM source text, never a paraphrase. The in-app run is polling on demand (freshness = when last run); a separate opt-in weekly EMAIL digest is the scheduled path. Ranking is a transparent heuristic that orders the list, not a judgement of scientific merit.
