SBA Form 1919 / 1920 Field-Mapping Worksheet

Organize a 7(a) file into the exact section and field structure of SBA Form 1919/1920, ready to transcribe or e-sign.

See it run - a worked example, 100% in this browser tab

The problem

Assembling a clean 7(a) package means re-keying borrower, owner, and lender details into the official Form 1919 and 1920 structure and tracking which eligibility answers need a written explanation, which is tedious and error-prone when done by hand.

The local-first solution

This plugin maps the information you collect into the section and field layout of Form 1919 (Borrower Information) and a 1920 (Lender's Application) summary and surfaces the answered eligibility questions as plain data, so the package is ready to transcribe onto the official fillable PDF or attach to a Gate portal - all in the browser, nothing submitted anywhere.

What it does

Borrower section mapping: legal name, DBA, EIN, structure, NAICS, address, date established, employees
Up to four owners with ownership percentages
The 1919 eligibility questions (bankruptcy, prior loss, federal debt, debarment, criminal, citizenship, franchise)
Flags a 'Yes' that requires written explanation and lender/SBA review, with citation
1920 lender summary: lender name, program, requested amount, use of proceeds, credit-elsewhere certification status
Structured output that serializes cleanly for Sandbox, Worklog, or Gate

Honest scope

This is a field-mapping worksheet, not the official SBA fillable PDF and not a submission - it does not file anything with the SBA or a lender, and you must always complete and sign the current official Form 1919/1920 from sba.gov. The eligibility questions mirror 13 CFR 120.110; a 'Yes' to a character, prior-loss, or bankruptcy question is flagged as needing explanation and review per SOP 50 10, not auto-disqualified, and the worksheet flags but does not adjudicate them. Not legal or financial advice.

Map a 7(a) package

Build the worksheet in your browser, then save it to a Sandbox workspace, attach it to a Worklog case, or route it into a Gate client portal for e-signature. The data stays on your device until you choose to share it.
